Notices and Status of Services on the Customer Portal

In this live we present how to present notices and the status of your business or operation services in the Customer Portal.

To display alerts on the side of the portal, you must create a FAQ category called "Notices", or even another name, however, if you create it under another name, you must adjust the parameter below which is where we define the FAQ category that will show articles on the cover of the Service Catalog:

After creating this category, just create FAQs in this category, with your customer's language, as the FAQs are displayed according to the customer's language.

To remove the notice from the portal, simply invalidate the FAQ.
